A blend of the aromatic Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Verdejo (20%).  Aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for around 4 months.

A striking and ground breaking fresh and intensely aromatic white wine from D.O. Yecla, Spain, with a unique personality and a lot of flavour.

A modern wine bursting with lush fruit flavours with notes of wild white flowers. Reminiscent of peaches in syrup, apricots, citrus and tropical fruits. Fresh zesty acidity and a long lush finish.

Suitable for both Vegans and vegetarians.
