Silene Des Peyrals Merlot

The Silène vineyard was acquired in 2014 by Jean Claude Mas and Giorgio Grai, his Italian mentor. The 25 hectares sit in the most perfect location, protected by pine trees it soaks up the Mediterranean sunshine, while being cooled by Northern breezes.

Complex with aromas of red fruits, blackcurrant and prunes evolving towards spicy notes.

This is a well-balanced Merlot with soft tannins that pairs perfectly with grilled and stewed meats and medium cheeses.
